Bounce is seeking dynamic Regional Launchers who excel at bringing big goals to life and thriving in collaborative environments. As a Regional Launcher, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the Bounce experience at new campuses, creating meaningful connections, and setting the foundation for key regions' lasting success.

What You'll Do

As a Regional Launcher, you’ll:

• Dive Deep into the Market: Understand the needs, interests, and challenges of students in the new market by gathering data and engaging directly with the community.
• Lead On-the-Ground Campaigns: Plan and execute creative experiments and campaigns to establish Bounce as a trusted name on campus.
• Drive Launch Strategy: Set ambitious milestones for growth an
• Forge Strategic Partnerships: Build lasting relationships with student leaders, administrators, event planners, and local venues to unlock growth opportunities.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, customer success, operations, and student ambassadors
• Learn and Share: Consolidate insights, report progress, and help shape best practices for future launches.

Regional Launchers can be based in the US or Canada and must be willing and able to travel in both countries.
