The Campus Partnerships Lead is a paid, part-time leadership position for students who want to level up their professional experience in sales, operations, and team management — all while playing a critical role in growing Bounce on campus. You must be a current student throughout the 2025/26 academic term to be eligible for this role.

As the Lead, you’ll be in charge of driving Bounce’s growth strategy at your university by managing a team of Campus Partnerships Representatives, performing outbound, maintaining high-level partner relationships, and launching new campaigns or growth experiments. You’ll work directly with the Campus Content Lead, Campus Operations team at Bounce HQ, and report on campus progress weekly.

This role is perfect for someone who’s ambitious, organized, people-focused, and excited to take ownership of Bounce’s presence at their school.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee and support your team of Campus Partnerships Representatives to hit outreach, conversation, and platform onboarding goals
• Develop and execute high-impact partnership strategies on campus
• Manage key relationships with clubs, student clubs, associations, faculties, and student union
• Coordinate team communication and lead weekly check-ins
• Track, analyze, and report on team progress and performance
• Collaborate with the Campus Content team to brainstorm and test new campus growth tactics

Job Type: Part-time, Hybrid

Salary: $20.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 12-18 per week

Please note that due to the nature of the role, occasional evening and weekend availability is expected.
