Role Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic, positive individual with a passion for customer service to help manage and grow our community. As we prepare to launch, you’ll be the face of Tokidos, ensuring customers are happy and engaged. You'll also be responsible for all the FAQ sections and support sections on the website to make sure that as many customer questions can be answered through Shopify's QnA section and bot.

You'll also work with the CEO to create all the helper videos for customers to be able to onboard themselves onto the PlayCubes and solve problems on their own.

Key Responsibilities:

- Setup and maintain the customer support pages - full ownership

- Engage with customers via Shopify, Instagram, and email amongst other platforms

- Foster a positive, supportive community

- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently

- Gather and share community feedback

Requirements:

- Based in Montreal

- Bilingual (English & French)

- Experience managing online communities and customer service

- Experience setting up support pages and portals

- Proficient with tools like Shopify and Instagram

- Positive attitude with a love for keeping customers happy
